YOGA AND PILATES EXERCISES ARE BOTH LOW-IMPACT WORKOUTS WITH NO EQUIPMENT REQUIRED. SO, ALL THE FOCUS IS ON USING YOUR BODYWEIGHT AND RESISTANCE.


Pilates workout helps keep your body and posture balanced. This type of mind-body exercise strengthens all different areas of your core muscles and maintains their stability and safety.

Unlike open level classes of other studios, all of our classes are customised for specific skill levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

These levels allow a natural progression, ensuring that a student is ready to advance to the next class level.

After a level assessment, our instructors can determine whether a student is ready to move up to the next level.

Pilates Classes

01.
Beginner Class

Our Beginner level classes cater to the absolute beginners, both young and old. This level provides training that is ideal for new students. It helps the students learn the basic principles of Pilates exercises, while also offering them the opportunity to develop their strength and coordination.

✳︎ Note: This level of exercise is appropriate for people who have never done workouts and also for women with pregnancy.

02.
Intermediate Class

Our Intermediate level classes are designed to further challenge the strength and coordination of students through variations of the classic Pilates exercises. These energetic, fast paced classes include a couple of modifications for more advanced exercises, but students are encouraged to challenge themselves.

Advanced Class

Our Advanced level classes are made for high intensity Pilates exercises. This level is only recommended for students who have already been taking the intermediate classes and have been assessed, approved, and promoted to this level by our instructors. Due to the intensity of the movements and pace of transitions between movements a certain level of coordination and strength is required from each student to ensure safety.

In addition to this, we also offer speciality classes that include Yoga for Pregnancy, Yoga for Back Pain, Yoga for Osteoporosis, and Yoga for Runners and Cyclists. All of our yoga classes have a capacity which can accommodate up to 6 students in a session.
