Studio

We hold our coaching studio to the high standards of comfort, facilities, and of course, paying heed to cleanliness. Our staff working at the studio ensure everything at the premises are cared for. This includes staff who routinely keeps a check of the pool to ensure the quality and safety of water in the pool.

There’s a properly incorporated filtration system to filter the entire pool of water at least a couple of times every day. This is carried out using our salt generator, which is one of the most advanced technologies on the market that is required for this purpose. We are also pleased to say that our fitness centre, Yog Manan has successfully passed every health inspection since opening our doors for our clients.

We believe that fitness and yoga is the path to a fuller, more satisfying physical existence for anybody. We also believe that being in control of your body and mind can greatly help you to be in control of your life and activities involved in it.

We therefore, provide the best fitness training experience to our clients at Yog Manan. Additionally, working with our team of professional trainers will ensure you are cared for and that you don’t miss out on the importance of taking these fitness lessons.

Personal Training

We go a step further to individualise in providing in-person fitness and yoga training to our clients. This may be required by certain clients that need to focus more on their work outs. We also provide online coaching for fitness and yoga that our clients can enrol and learn from the comfort of their home, even during the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, where many regions often go into lock-downs.

The Team

Our team of proficient fitness and yoga instructors at Yog Manan work extremely hard. The team even perform several hours of training in order to meet the qualifying standards, so they can offer the highest quality workout lessons to our beginner and experienced clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

We usually suggest our clients to gear up with athletic sportswear, as this attire provides better comfort, flexibility, and are breathable when doing your work outs at the gym and yoga training. Also, athletic sportswear are free from zips, buttons, and snaps. The elastic embedded in such sportswear are sturdy enough for your exercises and yoga. In addition to this, we also suggest that you wear socks that have fine sticky-like grip and are mandate to be worn in the studio at all times. You can of course, easily get a pair for yourself at our studio, if you do not have one for your work outs.

We however, strongly advise our clients to avoid wearing baggy shorts, as such type of clothes could make you feel uncomfortable during your work outs. For instance, since our trainers also incorporate inversions and straddle stretch work outs, therefore, wearing loose-fitting clothes could make things difficult for you.

We make everything simple for our new and existing clients at our Yog Manan gym and yoga institute. In a nutshell, our dedicated fitness classes for women currently have limited options. However, these categories have been carefully selected that should easily meet all your exercise and coaching needs. In addition to this, the equipment we provide at our fitness centre also include the spring-driven equipment, among others. So, you may expect a lot of hands on and personal attention from our team of professional trainers.

Our beginner class for fitness and yoga training involves step-by-step learning that are carried out by a team of qualified and certified trainers/coaches. You may enrol for a beginner class, in case you want to further polish your work outs from the very start, and upgrade to complex exercise lessons.
