If you think that exercise cannot be fun, then you need to reconsider your thoughts. Zumba is a style of fitness training that doesn’t require any heavy workouts or equipment, just some cheerful music and a couple of dance moves set to the tune. And, it’s ideal for everybody!

Our Zumba fitness classes are designed to bring individuals of all walks of life together who don’t mind sweating n order to stay fit and healthy. We take this fitness strategy to another level by blending low- and high-intensity aerobics-style exercise, and in an uplifting manner. Burning calories without workout has never been so much fun at our Yog Manan studio.

Zumba exercise will help develop your body to achieve more flexibility and energy. It also combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesomeness each time you complete the class.

Types of Fitness Classes We Offer

Zumba Gold

Our Zumba Gold fitness class is specially customised from the standard Zumba class, since it is mainly geared toward older adult women. The exercises in this level are of low-intensity and low-impact, but much of the same fun music is included with the flair of a traditional aerobics-style class. So, our instructors take great care for this fitness class.

We understand that there are older ladies that still care for their body and health. Our instructors at Yog Manan takes careful approach and strategy that will allow older adults to stay active with low-intensity Zumba moves, and enjoying each step at the same time.

✳︎ Note: This level of fitness class is intended for older adult women only and customised for the purpose. Also, we do not encourage women that are going through pregnancy to take such fitness classes due to unforeseeable risks that may occur.

Zumba Step

This is the same Latin-inspired dance choreography, but with the addition of aerobics-style steps to increase the intensity of the workout and adding more leg-strengthening moves due to its continuity. If you’re already used to dancing quite a lot at home, this exercise will complement your dance steps with some workouts and enhance your moves and body greatly.

Our Zumba Step fitness workout is great for those who want to burn calories, improve cardio health, and tone the body with fun-filled aerobics-like experience.

Aqua Zumba

If a pool party sounds irresistible to you, here’s our Aqua Zumba high-energy and low-impact aquatic fitness exercise at Yog Manan. For those that aren’t scared of getting wet and adding some splash to their fitness routine, this is a perfect class! And yes, the exercise take place in a pool of water at our studio.

Our Aquatic Zumba fitness class is particularly ideal for those with lower-extremity injuries or a need for low-impact exercise. This aquatic exercise also takes the Latin rhythm where students dance in the pool. It helps tone the body muscles as the water creates a natural resistance during the workout.
