CARDIO-BOXING IS A COMPLETE WORKOUT THAT TARGETS ALL BODY FUNCTIONS – FROM THE CORE OF YOUR MUSCLES TO YOUR ARMS TO YOUR BRAIN.
Cardio-boxing workouts combine cardiovascular exercises with strength and skills that keep your heart rate up and conditions the whole body to endure.
Kick-up your fitness routine
At Yog Manan, our 50-minute cardio-boxing classes will tone your entire body and improve your heart, overall strength and agility. Following a circuit approach, each round is of 3 minutes and a 30-second recess after completing each round.
Several approaches in circuits include shadow-boxing, jump rope, heavy bag, speed bag, and other boxing-related exercises to get you in your best shape and increase your power.
No experience is required to get started. We provide the necessary equipment, but you may feel free to bring your own pair of boxing gloves and wraps, or you may purchase them at our fitness studio when you arrive for your training.

Types of Classes

Boxing
Our boxing fitness classes are 50 minutes of 3-minute rounds, which include our fuel stations: heavy bags, one-on-one mitt work, speed bag workouts, and other complementary exercises that will get your heart rate up and bring on the sweat.
The instructors train with the involvement of demonstrating different techniques and switching the exercises and stations to ensure each workout is as challenging and fun as the next one!

Boxing X
This is our regular boxing fitness class, however the intensity is taken up a few notches up to give you the same killer workout in 30 minutes. The rounds in this boxing class are reduced to 2 minutes, but the fuel stations, one-on-one workouts, and the degree of pouring out your sweat is just the same!
Our cardio-boxing classes teaches you some of the techniques which will make this exercise a great alternative to other exercises that you may be doing, but also want better results than just burning calories.

Boxing+Beats
This cardio-boxing class is unique to FUEL. The boxing-inspired workouts incorporate plenty of boxing moves and punches into a 45-minute class that uses punching combinations, strength, training moves, and hand weights all to the beat of the music. The class ends with an intense core segment and mat work.
The boxing exercise can also be useful for the ladies that may want to learn self-defence skills along with regular workouts at our gym and fitness studio.
